Use the list below to help apply what you are learning about Jesus. This list is from Isaac Ambrose in his book,“Looking Unto Jesus”, and pages 70 and 71 of the “Behold Your God: Rethinking God Biblically” study. These can be used to dig deeper into any passage of scripture to help keep us from an empty head-knowledge and a life filled with good intentions that never produce change. We focused in on them in 1 Colossians 1, list at the bottom. Enjoy!

Paul’s description of Jesus: from Colossians 1:15-19: “put each one through the steps above and see what God has to say to you.”

His humanity is the dwelling place of the fullness of God.
